This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament.  All non-Maricopa County teams participating in the tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations through HBC Event Services.  The minimum number of rooms is 50% of your participating roster.  There is a $500 buy-out for an exemption, requested in writing.

Booking through HBC also provides peace of mind: if the tournament is canceled due to weather or natural disasters, you will not be subject to cancellation penalties that may apply when booking elsewhere.

Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellation reasons, as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
